Sending VOICE
and SMS messages never been easier. Simply,
login via the SMSOO web
interface (or download the SMSOO Gateway) and start sending from 1 to 1000000* SMS or
VOICE messages to your targeted audience with one click.
How to get started?
If you have obtained your activation PIN, please
activate your account to receive
your username and password on your mobile via a short message
(SMS). Then follow
the instructions below:

How to
activate my account?
By law most countries require us to register and keep the account holder's
mobile (Cellular) number to be able to activate new accounts. After sending
the PIN code and your Mobile (Cellular) number you will receive the username
and password as a short message (SMS) on your phone. Please follow
the two simple steps below;

Scratch-off to reveal the PIN
code on the back of your SMSOO prepaid card. This PIN code is valid for
one account and can only be used once.

Enter your mobile
(cellular) number starting with the country code. Make sure you enter the correct
number to receive your username and password. If you do not receive the
sms message within 30 minutes, please
contact our support team.

How to launch
the SMSOO Gateway?
- Please
click on Start Gateway
to launch the SMSOO Gateway web interface which does not
require any download but requires Microsoft Browser and
must enable JavaScript and accept cookies.

Enter your username and password you received after
activating your PIN and click on Start SMSOO. The SMSOO gateway
will automatically launch.

How to create or add
contacts in address book?
- Groups are created to be
able to organize your contacts and to be able to send
promotions for certain clients and or news to others.

- Click "Address Book"
and click on Add New Group, give the
group a new name and click "Add".
- How to add a new contact or import my
list to a group?
- After creating a group,
you can add or import a list of clients that belongs to
the created group by importing your list via .csv file
(First Name, Last Name, Telephone Number) format.
- To add a contact
information manually, click on Contacts list in front of
the group's name:

- To import a list of
contacts, click on Upload contacts and choose your file,
select the group you want to import the contacts to and
press Import List.

How to send an
SMS messaging campaign?

Select the group name from
the drop down list under "Groups"
- Enter your name which
will show on the receiver's phone that the message is from
you.
- Enter your message text
starting with a greeting and the receiver's name in such
format: Hello $name, the $name will be replaced with the
receiver's own name. This will give the message a sense of
personalization when the reader notices his name. If you
wish to send a message in Arabic, please check on the
Arabic button.

How to send a
VOICE messaging campaign?

First time users will have to record
the greetings voice which will be heard by your audiences.
Please click "Recording Studio", click on "Record Voice
Message". Do not change the name of the "greetings" file. Click Greetings > Record New
> always use the file name greetings > Click Record >
Click Stop Recording when finished > wait for your
recording to be converted automatically > Press
Return.

- You will see a list of your
voice recordings which are ready for your VOICE
campaign.
- Click Enable
- You must enable your voice
campaign to be able to start the voice messaging service.
Please click on "Enable Voice Message" then click add to
enable.
- On the right box you will see a
list of live voice messages as being heard by your
audiences.

How to
recharge my credit?
- You have few options on
how to recharge your account with credit:
- Contact your reseller or
any local distributor that sells our service and ask for a
recharge card.
- Use your credit card to
make an instant refill of your account.

How can I get
answers to my questions or technical support?
- Click on the Support tab
and fill the technical support trouble ticket describing
your issue or type any question you might have. Our
technical support team is available 24/7/365 to serve you.

How can I see
my balance or check my SMS Rates or Voice rates.
- On the top right corner
your balance will be displayed and links to your available
tariff rates.

How can I
manage my account or check message history?
- Please click on "Account
Manager" tab and click on the menu selection to choose the
desired feature.
